Why hasn't this new Ivnahoe listing sold?

This is your chance to own a lovely home in Los Feliz, in Ivanhoe school district for an affordable price. While the floor plan is a little odd with two doors to enter from but there are things that could be done to help the flow of the house. While the second kitchen is really more of a laundry room I think it could easily be turned into a 3rd bedroom which would make the most sense and add value indeed. In addition you could have a totally separate family room apart from the formal living room. There are some things that could be a challenge but nothing that can't be worked out. The non through street is a plus since there's little traffic and you're off Los Feliz blvd but you can't hear any of the traffic as the home is farther down Arbolada. 2Br, 2Ba updated, around 1500 sqft with the possibility of a 3rd bedroom for $779,000 and in the Ivanhoe School district.
