What a difference a year makes!

I remember when this house when it first came on the market in July of last year. They were asking $ 1,165,000 and calling it a fixer! I saw it then and believe me it was more then a fixer. Well it's been totally updated including new bathrooms and a new kitchen as well as newer electrical and plumbing.
