We were excited to this this "Post and Beam" and it's in good shape as well as move in ready but the aesthetic isn't what we would have hoped for. This 2 bedroom 1 bath around 900 sqft is on a good street and you don't have to do much at all. There's room under the house to create a office/studio space and the updates are nice. The decks are cool but there's no usable yard space. We love the views and if you want privacy then this is the home for you. The street to street lot is a plus and you can take the city steps down to places of interest on Hyperion or Griffith Park. It's in the Ivanhoe and will get allot of attention.
