Back in January, we showed you the bank-owned foreclosure, 2923 Waverly Drive. It just sold at the end of February, for $820,000. Considering the approximate square footage (2,971) that's $267 per square foot--and that's a deal! It's not uncommon to see homeowners, in this area, pay up to twice this much.
