Great story about Delores Del Rio having lived there but who knows for sure. And according to the information listed by the agent on this home, it's in the Ivanhoe School district but were not sure that that's true either. We would confirm with the school to be sure. In addition it'll be interesting to see just how much TLC the home needs. Whether it's in Ivanhoe or not it will garner plenty of attention.
