I wanted to share this charming, three bedroom, two bathroom, 1937 Spanish home that I saw today. It’s perched high in the hills of Silver Lake and offers sweeping, panoramic views of the Observatory, the Hollywood sign and the San Gabriel Mountains. Great light floods the spacious living room with vaulted ceilings and the gas fireplace has been totally redone. The dining room offers magnificent views as well and original built in cabinets. It has beautiful hardwood floors throughout. There are amazing views from large screened in porch that’s off the living room and there’s a large flat concrete back area great for outdoor entertaining. The kitchen and baths are a little dated with a 80s vibe but that’s about the only draw back. Of course there are steps but it's worth is to get these fantastic views. It’s in the Ivanhoe school district and that’s why we think it's worth taking a look at.
