We really like this house and it's priced well, Kenilworth is one of our favorite streets and homes have sold for more in the past. When I viewed it I was surprised by how big it was and felt. From the front it looks like it's going to be small but at almost 1800 sqft its big and offers a nice floor plan. I like the French doors that open to the patio and the kitchen is spacious and inviting, we know thats where everyone ends up anyway and this kitchen allows you do actually do that.
